QuranSphere is an organization that produces Islamic mobile applications and content, including Qur’an reading and audio apps, Hadith collections, Dua & Azkar apps, and Prayer Times tools. This policy applies to all of our apps and to https://quransphere.online/.

2. Information we collect

Our apps are designed to work with the minimum data necessary:

• No account required: most features (reading, listening, duas, azkar) work without signing in and without collecting personal information.
• Location (Prayer Times only): if you enable prayer-time or Qibla features, the app uses your device location on-device to calculate accurate times and direction. Location is not stored on our servers or shared.
• On-device preferences: settings such as your chosen reciter, translation, bookmarks, and memorization progress are stored locally on your device.
• Optional email: if you subscribe to updates on this website, we store your email address solely to send you those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Diagnostics: aggregated, anonymous crash and usage data may be collected to improve stability. It cannot be used to identify you.

3. How we use information

We use the limited data above only to: provide and improve app features, calculate prayer times and Qibla direction, remember your preferences, and (if you opt in) send you updates. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-party services

Our apps and site may fetch Qur’an text, translations, and audio from public Islamic data providers (such as alquran.cloud and mp3quran.net) and may use app-store and analytics services provided by Google and Apple. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies. Advertising, where present, is served in compliance with the relevant store policies.

5. Children’s privacy

Our apps are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. No sign-in or personal data is required to use the core religious content.

6. Data retention & security

Because we collect almost no personal data, there is very little to retain. Any data we do hold (such as newsletter emails) is protected with industry-standard measures and kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose.
